That is quite impressive. I have eaten everything you listed in the quantities you listed or more but not everything on the same day. The only reason I don't eat an entire pizza anymore is that I am married so I have to let her have a couple of slices.

Yesterday's steps: 23961; w-t-d: 20016; m-t-d: 22760; y-t-d: 22935 Gym (yesterday): shoulders / chest; 20 treadmill (0 running; balance walking); 26 sauna Thurs - 4/11. Monday's pizza was from my office. This happens as frequesntly as the eclipse, but they said they are buying pizza for the office that day. They order 4 pies, they are pretty large pies (no toppings, only cheese). I am thinking when I see 4 pizza's, I can only have one slice. Then people keep walking in and saying this person is not here, this other person is out today etc. This one doesn't doesn't want pizza, this one had lunch already. So I am thinking I can have 2 slices. Normally in my office I wouldn't make a pig out of myself. But I am sitting, people keep leaving and new people come in, and there are still 2 pies left untouched. Then I think nobody will notice if I had a 3rd piece. Then the owner comes in and said he is ordering 2 more pies from a different pizza place, so I take a forth piece. This month I got an email from Krispy Kreme, they loaded 3 glazed donuts to my app for my birthday this month. I needed something sweet to offset the pizza, I thought it was a good day to have the donuts. Then when I got home, I thought the day was ruined already, I might as well eat the jelly beans and the tootsie rolls to get them out of the house. Not too logical. vegan: m-t-d: 3; y-t-d: 27 vegetarian: m-t-d: 2; y-t-d: 17 pescatarian: m-t-d: 3 ; y-t-d: 25 other: m-t-d: 2; y-t-d: 32 total days: m-t-d: 10; y-t-d: 102 Morning blood pressure: today: 120 / 59 HR 54 Streaks: 1. Friday - 4/12. I took another rest day today. I still worked out 5 days this week, but still feel like a slacker. I am working remotely today. I just took my blood pressure, I was thinking it was going to be high, since I drank coffee already. But it was 111/48, 48 is low for the bottom number. TGIF.

I made up some of the shortfall from the steps on Friday (448). I was 189.80 yesterday, I don't want to cross the 190 line. That is my line in the sand. I hope to reach 30K steps today also. So far I have 23K. Oddly, yesterday I went back to see what I was posting a year ago Saturday, something I almost never do. I was amazed to see I wrote I was 172.80. That is a 17 pound gain in 1 year. I don't feel heavy, my clothes still fit, so I wonder where that 17 pounds went. 17 pounds is a lot, that is roughly a 10% weight gain. I am going to try to get down to 185 or less by the end of the month, and get back to 173 (or less) by the end of the year. vegan: m-t-d: 5; y-t-d: 29 vegetarian: m-t-d: 2; y-t-d: 17 pescatarian: m-t-d: 3 ; y-t-d: 25 other: m-t-d: 3; y-t-d: 33 total days: m-t-d: 13; y-t-d: 104 Morning blood pressure: today: 126 / 61 HR 51 Streaks: 1. Tuesday - 4/16. 90 days in a row of taking creatine, missed no days. The jury is still out, I am not sure if it is doing anything for me. I bought a 3 pound container, and I take 5 mg a day, so it is going to last quite a while. I am going to take it until the container runs out, but I am not sure if I will buy a new one once that container is finished. I cancelled my Panera subscription plan, the last day I can use it is 4/19. While I get enough use from it to be worthwhile, I find myself stopping there for a cold drink fairly often (usually Diet Pepsi), and I don't need to be drinking so much diet Pepsi. Also, while I am not a coffee connoisseur, their coffee is nothing to write home about. Part of the issue is when you don't add dairy and a sweetener, coffee is not as good black or with almond milk.

Weds - 4/17. Happy Whopper Wednesday. I am off from work today. I had planned to get my Real ID today. A mobile van from the Dept of Motor Vehicles came to my town. I had an appointment, but they told me the copy of my birth certificate was unacceptable, so it was a waste of time. It needed to be a certified copy. On the bright side, I would have been annoyed had I driven to the NJ Dept of Motor Vehicles, and after driving there and waiting, then to be told the birth certificate was unacceptable would have been a lot worse. No rush, it is not needed until May 2025. Today was just cardio at the gym, so I already have 21K steps. I want to reach at least 23K today, and it is going to rain later, so I want to get that done soon.

Thurs - 4/18. I took a rest day today. I therefore took the bus from where I live instead of driving to the park & ride. I walked to the bus stop. Before I leave, I buy 2 bus tickets on my phone. As I am walking, I realized I forgot my wallet. I was going to turn around, but I was almost at the bus stop. I get my phone out, and the screen is black. I thought it had no battery power, but it worked fine at home, and I was pretty sure it was fully charged. I subsequently saw the issue was the display was so faint, it almost looked totally black. The screen was so dark, I couldn't see the setting app to reset the display, so I had to buy another bus ticket with cash. I keep a second mini wallet in my pocket when I commute, just in case I get robbed, and therefore have some money and debit and credit cards in a place other than my wallet. It is good I had it, otherwise I would have had to go back home. The screen on my phone was so faint, it took about 20 minutes to find the settings / display / brightness. It is now back to normal. I hate when things mysteriously change on my computer, tablet and phone for no reason.

Friday - 4/19. As I mentioned, today is my last day of my Panera coffee subscription. Panera made the news again, they had an article in the WSJ "Many Cities fear the Doom Loop, St. Louis is one of them", in the article it mentioned Panera was closing or closed. St. Louis was where Panera was founded, it originally was called the St. Louis Bread Company. On the days I take rest days, I miss the sauna on those days. I can't say that I actually like being in the sauna, but I like the way I feel when I leave the sauna. One thing I hate is when people leave their empty plastic water bottles in the sauna when they leave. They tell you it is not safe to put plastic in the microwave, how then is it okay for the plastic water bottles to sit in a 190 degree sauna for hours upon hours. If I see any, I remove them. TGIF.

On pixel phones there is a shortcut using the volume and power buttons that turns the screen up or down. I'm not sure exactly what it is but have watched it go both ways while I was just trying to adjust the volume or just wake my phone up. I'm sure a google search would explain it. This could help turn the screen up if this happens again.

I mentioned a few week ago I wanted to wax my car. I brought back a memory of John Stone Fitness. I remember he mentioned that when he takes delivery of a new car, the cleanliness of the car is unacceptable to him, and he strips the car, and waxes the car with Zaino. I was trying to remember what product he used, then it came to me. My cars never looked as good again as the day I took delivery of them. I was thinking of getting someone to detail my car, but it more than I want to pay. I called one place, it was $120.00. The inside of the car needs to most work. Mostly the seating, and the rug. I watched a video on youtube of a guy in Great Britain detailing a Ford Focus. He did a lot more than I plan on doing, he actually removed the seats from the car. But the car was a disaster before he started, after it looked new. When I walk sometimes near this car wash, the cars on line mostly look clean already. I always thought that was strange. Then I heard an episode on Planet Money, many car washes sell monthly subscriptions, people can take the car to get washed as many times as they want for a monthly fee. So I guess this is why these already clean cars are getting washed. i think when I pass by, I wish my car looked as clean as your car before their car gets washed.
