The situation with the virus takes a toll on my family relationships. Not being able to do the things we usually do leads to arguments and frustrations. I can only help this by being honest and not letting emotions take a hold of me. Hopefully, by the end of April things will start going back to normal. I am really toxically co-dependent with my mother. Its like Grey Gardens all over again. I know, at my age you are expected not to be like me, but I am what I am and I can only play with the cards I am dealt and try to move forward and unfuck my life. </vent> This period with the related shut-downs and enforced confinement almost certainly magnifies any issues that people had previously and creates new ones. Anyway... I have found my fitness rubber band and can do more exercises as a result. I am really happy about that. I decided to try something different today and did a "2-minute push up". It is basically a push up where you lower yourself for 1 minute and then go up for another minute. After I finished, my whole body was shaking! It is really cool to try new exercises to spice up your routine. You're not going to do all the 1 million push-up challenge as two-minute push-ups hopefully.

You're not going to do all the 1 million push-up challenge as two-minute push-ups hopefully. Ha! They do help build endurance tho, which is good. I did a light workout with a resistance band before dinner. No going outside today. I need to pick up my medicine on Tuesday, so that will be a light walk day.

Move forward and unfuck my life. I like that. You mentioned your primary language is Russian... where do you reside (in the world)?

Did my short walk to pick up medicine and buy some food. Exercise was light resistance band workout. I plan to do some stretching in the evening. Food was leftovers from Easter table.

Its like Grey Gardens all over again. I didn't know what Grey Gardens was so I looked it up. F'ing fascinating. For what it's worth: I don't think someone that toxically co-dependent would have the self awareness to recognize it. I did one minute planks the other day and my shoulders were dying by the end. I can't imagine a two minute push up.

Thank you for the words of encouragement, guys! I really have to work on myself and try to make my life better. Not someone else, me.
Exercise today was a set of pull ups. Sleep was really great, which is sometimes difficult. Food for today was potato-based, which is often the case.

Hope you are doing well.
How is Covid in Russia? It has been interesting to me to see how Graham and the UK are doing compared to New Jersey in the US.

Hello, everyone Glad to see that all of you are doing well. I am doing fine. Gyms are now open and I also signed up to boxing training. I gained 4 extra kilograms during these uncertain times, so there's work ahead. Covid is still present and no spectators at sports events or concerts are permitted. And I work from home.
