May 20th 4.58 km walk (lunch) 5.16 km run (6:15 min/km) 3.59 km walk (evening walk with Maya)
27.294 Steps 28 Floors All done in a fasted state (Currently at 36 hours). This fast wasn't planned out, it just kind of happened and I'm running with it. I also hit some PR's last night with the WHM breathing technique. I managed 2:01/2:32/ 3:02/3:20!! 3 minutes and 20 seconds I was able to hold with no breathing and no air in my lungs (full exhalation). It was a great way to end the day. I hope you all are having a great day.

Morning Everyone!
Happy Fri-yay to one and all.
I wrapped up my fast at 48 hours. I had contemplated extending the fast to 72 hours but decided to stop at 48. I broke my fast with part of a cucumber, 2 tbsp of cottage cheese, a small bowl of homemade stew, 3 small pieces of homemade bread, 3 pickles, and then 3 small pieces of homemade banana bread. It looks like a lot but the portions were truly small.
While in a fasted state I managed 2 good walks.
May 21st 5.04 km walk (Lunch) 7.13 km walk (Evening)
The weather was so nice! It would have been such a waste to not enjoy it. This weekend is supposed to be nice so I'm going to try and make the most of it (walks, runs, balcony beers, and relax with Maya as much as I can).
Anyways, I hope you all have a great day and a great weekend!

Morning! Well blisters, blisters, and more blisters, so help me blisters. Running is going well, times continue to improve but my feet are taking a real beating as the temperature rises. For the vast majority of my training, I've trained in the winter months and my feet stayed nice and cool. Now that we are into the summer temperatures my feet are sweating and I'm getting some NASTY blisters. After Monday's run (which was a real PR run). I had to cut myself short by almost a kilometer from a ripped blister in the arch of my foot. I took the evening to find out why I have been getting blisters and some remedies. So last night I changed my socks from cotton to polyester/spandex to see if that would make a difference. Luckily it seems to have worked! My run last night went blister-free! Hopefully, this will be a long-lasting fix. I'm currently in week 15 of 16 of my training program so I'm hoping to finish strong with no more issues. (FYI, the 5k I was to scheduled to do on June 6th that got moved to Oct has been moved back to June 6th, just virtually). Once my training and 5K run is complete I'm looking at working towards running 10k's regularly. After that....we'll see. Also, I'm now 193 lbs. That's 37-ish pounds since December. I'll take it! 180's here I come. To catch you up on my runs; May 22nd 2.05 km walk 2.63 km walk
May 24th 1.24 km walk 3.02 km walk
May 25th 4.39 km run (5:13 min/km PR!!!!) BLISTERS!!!
May 26th 4.54 km walk
May 27th 4.40 km walk 5.09 km run (6:31 min/km took it easy)

Nice 5k. Was your 5k race a virtual race? Thanks, it was originally a "regular" 5k race but after many changes they decided to keep the date the same and the changed the 5k to a virtual one. This was fine by me

This morning I woke up full of piss and vinegar so I did a small workout. Pushups ss TRX band bicep curl ss TRX band shoulder press 10,10,10 Squats ss calf raises 10,10,10 Right now I feel a little shaky and weak sauce (I suppose 3 months of no resistance training will do that) but overall a sense of accomplishment. I've considered doing the "one punch man workout" for 30 days...being realistic I'd have to work my way into that. The workout consists of; 100 Push-Ups. 100 Sit-Ups. 100 Squats. 10KM Running (that's 6.2 miles) This is done daily. So over the next couple of months, I'm going to concentrate on working up to this point and then giving it a shot. I figure if I can do Squatober (which I will be doing again this year) I can do this.

Wait, so are the squats unweighted? And can you sub walking for running as long as you do 10k? October? I might be up for this...

Wait, so are the squats unweighted? And can you sub walking for running as long as you do 10k? October? I might be up for this... One Punch Man workout - squats are unweighted, 10k is to be done running. However, who gives a shit in the end if you walk it or run? Follow it the best you can. If you can finish a month of this program regardless of walking or running, good on you!!! As for Squatober.....it's some elite level shit. You need to eat your Wheaties and not be so concerned about aesthetics. I did Squatober last year (as I previously mentioned) and it pushed me beyond the limitations I thought I had. You squat 21 days of the month of October. I'll leave a link below to the website where you can be more acquainted with how it all works. squatober.com/

I just remembered to check out your youtube channel... it wasn't what I was expecting (I thought drama and catfights and reality tv-type stuff). But I gotta ask... are you the hand model?

OK... so when do you want to do this One Man Punch challenge? I'll be ready by October... For some reason my response to this from yesterday got lost in the interwebz. So to short form this. I was hoping to do the OPM training in Sept since my 10k training will be done by then. October is Squatober and my focus will be to survive 21 days of squatting for the month. To try and add OPM training to it.....nope, nope, nope.
