You wrote you are eating 2200-2500 and are putting on a decent amount of weight. It seems like a lot, for the amount of calories you are eating. What do you think your maintenance calories are approximately? Excellent question. In my opinion, it will take a little bit more time to accurately figure out my maintenance calories are while I go through this regain phase.

Baby Groot - John Meadows Full body 3 times a week. One week will be lower body focused and then the other will be upper body focused, rinse, repeat. I've seen John Meadows on Youtube. He features on Jeff Nippard's channel regularly. I see he's got an exercise named after him, the Meadow's Row. John has some of the more intelligent training out there. It has been worth the investment! The Meadow's row is a solid exercise for the back.

Good Morning! I hope you're doing alright and everything in your world is going well. If it isn't, change it. Things here are going well, the tire season apocalypse is upon us making work busy, busy. Normally I would dread this time of year but I'm looking forward to it this year. It means business, it means employment. Things to be happy for! Weight this morning was 202.8. To be clear I fasted yesterday and took a nice, hot, relaxing bath last night. Hence, 202.8 All measurements are the same other than my waist has gone down another half an inch. I took my measurements on Sunday (weight was 206.5). Training is going super well! I'm back to squatting 275 for reps and sets, albeit 2 sets of 2-3 reps...sets and reps none the less. It's a far cry from prime numbers but progress is being had and that's what counts. We are into week 6 now, half way done this program. I may end up running it again once it's done, we shall see though. Well, time is up. We'll see you when we see you. Cheers!

Hello, we meet again.
Ok, here is the run down over the past 2 years.
Maya and I shut down our business, I quit my job, and we moved to Spain.
Yep.
Since getting here, I got my shit together with nutrition and training and dropped from a 26%BF 216 to 10-12%BF 175-180. Man, it feels good to be on the leaner side of life again. Honestly, I never thought I would return to this kind of look again.
Back to Spain.
So we live in a coastal town north of Barcelona. We have a studio space where we film content for YT/IG and work with clients. In just over a year of being here, I am amazed at how fast both have grown (both clients and YT).
I will figure out how to put photos on this potato forum and give you all some updates.

Nice to hear from you and I'm glad things are going well.
My son spent time studying in Barcelona in 2016 and me and wifey spent a couple of weeks visiting him; it's one of my favorite places!

Wow. Big changes. The coast of Spain must be an amazing place to be living. Wishing continued success both in life and fitness.
For photos I find using imgbb as a hosting site and posting the "bbfull" code here works well. If you check Phillydudes journal, I recently gave him instructions. For video I just link to the video on my youtube channel.
