You mentioned that you have trouble doing dips in your home gym? Do you have a dip station? If not, so around to the thrift and buy a folding walker... like the old guys use when they shuffle around. Try to find one without wheels (or tennis balls on the legs LOL). They are the perfect size (and strength) to use as a dip station and take up no room when leaned against the wall. You can also use it for (hanging) leg raises. You're welcome.

I'll have trouble fitting anything in there at the moment (even if I give it a good tidy up) but that is a really good idea to use a walker (or Zimmer frame as we call them here).

I almost got to the gym today.
I usually change into my gym gear mid-afternoon so I can head straight out when I finish work. Because it's getting quite cool now I usually put trousers and a top back on over the top until I get to the gym. After I'd driven into town and parked I realised that although I'd put a gym top on, I'd not put my shorts on. I can even remember the point at which I was stood in my bedroom and couldn't remember what I'd gone in there for. It doesn't help that my black shorts were virtually invisible sitting on my black bedding.
Will try to get there tomorrow.

Busy weekend.
Out for my sister's birthday on Saturday. A few drinks and did over-eat a little.
On Sunday was at Tottenham Stadium for Jets @ Falcons NFL game. A few drinks but diet wasn't too bad for the day.
Back on track quickly this week.
Scale weight 179.8lbs @ 23.2%bf (both year to date lows).

Thought I'd plug in some numbers. Lost roughly 11.5lbs Fat and 2lbs Lean Mass. Fat loss good. Lean Mass lost not so great but I'll soon be in a good place to try something else.

What wsa the period of time that you went from 193.2 to 179.80? 2nd June to 13th October. That happens to be 19 weeks to the day. Weight loss of approx 0.7lbs per week.
