I'm curious what all of you find your resting heart rate (or pulse) to be... please post up your age and RHR, if you would.
I'm 55 and my RHR is currently 84. As an FYI, the interwebz say anything between 60-100 is considered normal for an adult.
(update) When I went to get donate blood on Tuesday, my RHR was 81... so I think I'm pretty close to the middle of the range.

Age 50, and my RHR is consistently in the 57-60 range. However, I'm on a beta blocker due to my high blood pressure and that same medication is also used to treat high heart rates.

Yep, I was prescribed beta blockers first, but my blood pressure had plummeted as a result and I started feeling light headed. I am on a different medication right now.

Age 41. Just measured my heart rate at 55bpm. Seems a bit low to me. How easy is it to accurately measure your own heart rate?

I wish you well and hope the new meds are working for you. My wife also has tachycardia and is on medication for it. Her RHR now stays in the 75-80 range.

I am age 54 and my resting heart rate when taken after several minutes of not moving is 60 to 70. My normal throughout the day heart rate is between 80 and 90.

42, average RHR is currently around 50 most weeks (measured by Apple Watch, which I wear basically all the time that I'm awake). I see the odd day where my RHR goes into the high-40s, but the weekly average hasn't dropped below 50 yet. I've had a heavy cold this week and it's been high-50s/low-60s some days.
