As many of you know, I'm in the midst of a PushUp Challenge, adding one pushup per day to yesterday's total, done as one straight set (today was Day 50).
In August, I'm going to add a SitUp Challenge. Five weeks, starting next Saturday, August 1st.
Week one (Aug 1-7): two sets of 10 sit-ups per day. Week two (Aug 8-14): two sets of 20 sit-ups per day. Week three (Aug 15-21): two sets of 30 sit-ups per day. Week four (Aug 22-28): two sets of 40 sit-ups per day. Bonus days (Aug 29-30): two sets of 50 sit-ups per day.
Anyone who cares to join me, you are welcome.

Damn, it's already the 2nd August here. Guess I'll have to wait until next year Keep updating this thread and I'll perhaps try to jump in. No promises! I thought it was traditionally Squatober and perhaps Deadcember!

I've not been following this challenge but have been adding reps to my leg raises and crunched. 3 x 14 reps for each today.
